01 OUR STORY
A Maison built on one belief: You deserve to feel like yourself again.
Maison means home. It's also the name David and I both gave our sons - long before it became the name of this clinic. That's not a branding coincidence. It's the whole point.
After 15 years in hair restoration, I've sat across from hundreds of people carrying more than thinning hair - years of feeling overlooked, or quietly losing confidence without anyone noticing. Maison exists because that deserves more than a clinical transaction. It deserves a home.
That means honesty, even when it's not what you want to hear. It means we're with you before, during, and long after your procedure - not just for the day that makes us money. It means every patient is treated the way we'd want someone we love to be treated, because while you're in our hands, that's exactly what you are.
We're not trying to be the biggest clinic on the Gold Coast. We're trying to be the one place you feel like you can come home to yourself.
02 MEET AMY BURNS
Amy Burns - Founder & Lead Clinician
Amy Burns established The Maison Hair Clinic after recognising a gap in the market that went beyond technique. Clients didn't just need world-class services - they needed to feel safe, known and genuinely cared for.
The Maison was built to be the answer to that need. Amy personally oversees every client's journey - from the first consultation through to the 12-month check-in. There is no delegation. No compromise. No exceptions.

"Every client who walks through our doors is known, cared for, and treated as a trusted friend."

04 WHERE WE'RE GOING
A single world-class clinic. A national vision.
The Maison begins in Southport, QLD - but the ambition doesn't stop there. Multiple locations, a dedicated training academy, and an expanded aesthetics offering are all part of what we are building, one exceptional client experience at a time.
05 THE MAISON DIFFERENCE
Not a hair mill. Never a corporate clinic.
We made a deliberate choice to stay boutique. To keep things personal. To ensure that every client who comes to us receives the same level of care and attention - regardless of how many clients we see.
